G.A. U.S.A Radio

G.A.U.S.A Radio is a project slated for a later time in EA's future. Galaxy Angel has held a long time spot in Japanese Web Radio. Our theory is, if they can have years of radio why can't the us fans here in the U.S. not do the same? G.A.U.S.A will target the western G.A. fanbase with whatever we can accomplish. Whether is be interviewing fans, answering questions, or laying down the latest in G.A. news, we'll provide it in the best possible way. Feel free to use the following banner to tell all your friends.

Current Status

Currently, the radio show is still in the planning process. But at this time it's not a bad idea to think of joining in on the project. A one man radio show isn't the GA fandom and you can change that. If you're interested there is a chance you could do work with the show. Below are both large and small ways to join in the fun.

How can I be a host?
1) First thing is first. If you want to host, then get familiar with the program Skype. It's what we'll use to host the shows so I recommend you give it a download and check it out. Make sure to test the sound you get on it as well to avoid any problems later on.

2) If you still feel comfortable after that. Send an e-mail to asklikkun@gmail.com titled "Radio Host Audition". Inside include your timezone and what days and times you'd be available for the show. You should have at the maximum one hour of free time to do the show where you won't suffer any interruption. Along with this, proper voice samples would be appreciated as you'll have to give them eventually. Since the project might now go through you don't have to if you have no desire for Likkun to hear your voice.

3) Be flexible. If you're on a very tight and busy schedule then you might think about hanging up your application. While we don't want to discourage any potential applicants, there has to be room to get things to work for everybody.

4) (Optional) If you are familiar with Skype and have done recording with it before then there's a high chance you'll be allowed in. Just as in real life, experience is everything and having several people to record the show is to everyone's benefit. So if you have a high knack for recording then make sure to mention it in your application.

What other major jobs are there?
As of now, the only other available job is to act as a recorder. To do this you won't have to do any talking. All you have to do is sit quietly and record the show. Just the same you'll need access to Skype and have knowledge of how to record the show from there. This job won't take much effort and you'll receive high credit as well. The only plus aside from that is hearing the show live if your heart desires. If you're interested in recording the show submit a e-mail titled "Recording Application" to the previously mentioned e-mail.

What else can I do for the show?
All of these will be discussed further later but they're things to keep in mind for when the show is underway.

1) The first thing you can do is submit topics to the site's e-mail eternalangels.ga@gmail.com. At a later time we can organize your topic into a certain area of the show.

2) Submit questions to the hosts. I'm sure there's plenty of things you don't know about us. What character was our favorite? What's our favorite episode in the anime? How many dollars have we wasted on GA merchandise? It's all open game.

3) If we have a current question addressed to fans then you can submit us an answer to that question and have it read on the show. For example if our topic question was "How did you get into the GA series?" you could send a question to the previously mentioned e-mail address and hope to hear it. Other interesting GA stories that you have can also be submitted.
